POSITION: Employment Specialist – Probation
PROGRAM: Silver Star

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides individual and group job-related instruction and mentoring.
- Develops job leads, arranges interviews and provides job placements
- Develops volunteer and work experience sites.
- Provides case management services.
- Attends the Silver Star Program weekly meetings.
- Prepares and monitors all participant status rosters and related forms.
- Sets up new client files and performs file maintenance in accordance with contract.
- Maintains database of initial inquiry and placement statistics.
- Answers phones
- Generates program forms and updates hard copy binder.
- Coordinates and purchases client support service needs.
- Provides Employer and Community awareness education.
- Attends training seminars as required.
- Will drive on Agency business.
