The Deamer Group is currently in search of Recruiters to help grow our business by leading client management, identifying and interviewing prospective candidates, and placing top talent professionals. Position Summary
The Recruiter will work under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for managing the talent pipeline as well as client management. The Recruiter will use various methods for identifying top talent such as job advertisements, the TDG database, social media, and professional networking events.

This position is 100% commission with no salary cap and no sales quotas. The right candidate will earn over six figures annually. Additional perks will be available to employees who demonstrate success in the position. It is a remote role (working from your home office). This position requires someone with a successful track record in recruiting who is accustomed to making multiple direct hire placements each month.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective candidates
Interviewing via phone and web interview
Provide client management using a consultative approach
Create and post job descriptions
Use social media to identify prospective candidates and promote the agency
Support business development efforts with the sales team
Qualifications:

Minimum Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in Recruiting (agency experience preferred)
Personal Laptop required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook required
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent telephone communication skills
Strategic thinker and presents ideas effectively
Well organized and excellent follow through
Great attention to detail
Driven to succeed
Honest and works with integrity always
Team player and open to suggestions to improve results
