Job Description
Responsibilities:
The associate will assist program manager with daily tasks including:
• Perform data entry on client information
• Filing, creating files and scanning files into system
• Must be able to work on Excel, will create spreadsheets, export reports
• Answer phones
• Provide customer service
• Responsible for handling highly confidential information
• Will be covering the front desk when needed
• Will be assigned clerical functions as required
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Requirements:
Must be a fast learner and follow directions. Must be detail-oriented individuals with accurate
counting skills and computer data entry.
· Database – Data entry
· Microsoft office skill level – intermediate
· Able to take instruction and constructive criticism
· Work with confidential information
· Must be able to retain information and apply to various situations
· Must be able to multi-task and prioritize on own
· Flexible work hours and overtime at a moment’s notice including weekends
· Communicate effectively, professionally, and persuasively in English over the phone, in person,
and via email with a broad and diverse customer base
· High attention to detail
· Self-starter and team player
· Able to meet competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
· English/Spanish bilingual skills
