Job Summary:
Coordinate development processes within the organization. Contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives aligned with the company’s strategies. Promote talent retention by improving the performance of personnel in their current roles and preparing them for future challenges, which will contribute to the effectiveness of the organization.
Job Contributions and Key Responsibilities:

Support with Talent and Competency ManagementCoordinate the needs assessment of talent needs to generate succession plans in key positions.
Assist in the development of individual development plans for employees with high potential.
Support the design and implementation of development programs to increase the effectiveness of teams in the different areas of the company.
With the guidance of the Learning and Development business partner, Establish career path plans within the organization to ensure the development, growth, and professional development of employees.
Implement development programs based on internal company competencies and desired behaviors; and, provide tools and resources to participants.
Implement Development Plans and Other ProgramsCollaborates with administrative teams to create a culture in which people are committed to a culture of empathy, being a change champion, and living the principles of The Founders Mentality.
Coordinate the training needs assessment with employees and leaders; using the appropriate tools: 360° evaluation, assessment center, interviews, performance evaluation, organizational climate, etc.
Implement recommended intervention development methods (in-person courses, coaching, mentoring, programs, etc.) with internal clients, to ensure the program meets their needs and objectives.
Plan development interventions with admin teams according to the established objectives agreed upon with the team leader.
Recommend suitable resources, providers, or facilitators to support specific internal client needs.
Administration of InformationSupport with Organizational Development processes and formats used in the design,
implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs to standardize projects in all areas.
Assist in identifying experts in functional, technical and core competencies within the different departments of the organization to establish a pool of mentors for the achievement of objectives and strategies.
Promote mentoring within development programs to further knowledge share across the organization.
Maintain and update training records by recording trainings taken by employees; report on the training and development results and progress.
Facilitate Training and Development SessionsFacilitate group and individual competency trainings in classroom and/or in field settings (virtually and in-person).
With the support of Learning and Development business partner, help in the design of courses and training materials based on the specific requirements and needs of each client, to ensure alignment of programs.
Identify and implement learning strategies for different groups to expand their knowledge.
With the support of the learning and Development business partner, help design, and coordinate Team Buildings to foster integration and collaboration within different departments of the company.
Evaluate and Follow-Up on Development ProgramsImplement evaluation tools for participants to measure development program satisfaction and/or effectiveness.
Support the Learning and Development business partner in the alignment of development strategies using Key Performance Indicators to measure performance results.
Follow up with leaders to ensure – the fulfillment of objective of implemented development programs.
Apply competency-based and 360° evaluation processes as a follow-up to the results of programs to detect improvements or areas of opportunity in teams and collaborators.Support in the analysis of these.
Logistics and Communication of Development ProgramsConstantly communicate with administrative staff through email on the processes, results, and monitoring of interventions of employee development.
Share development strategies, program results, testimonials and/or success stories with collaborators. Responsible to inform collaborator of changes, advances or areas for improvement.
Coordinate development-training logistics (classrooms, agendas, invitations, evaluations, communication, meals and resources needed, with area leaders and their teams).
Culture Reinforcement through our Mission and ValuesParticipate in the design of strategy to create a culture of habits, skills, and values to foster a sense of belonging in the company.
Disseminate and continuously promote the company’s culture (Mission, Values, Disciplines and Strategies) supporting the Communication department team to ensure that the information reaches all levels of the organization.
