CARPENTER
The Groza Construction carpenter is responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, furniture, and other items using different types of materials including wood and steel. The carpenter is under the direction of the project manager and superintendent. The carpenter follows instructions from his superiors and is afforded additional responsibilities that require finesse and high attention to detail. For this position, specific skills are required that usually require years of experience or technical training. A carpenter is the next competent person when the superintendent is not present on the job site.
