Direct Roots
Job Description: This position is responsible for picking up, delivering, and transferring product from outside storage coolers to consolidation coolers and vice versa. Driver must be willing and able to Load and unload product if necessary.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Communicate efficiently with Leads and rest of Direct Roots team members.
Manage daily workload without need for direct supervision
Ability to resolve problems and utilize effective communication skills
Qualifications:
One year truck driver experience driving refrigerated bobtails / box trucks
One year truck driver experience hauling 53-foot refrigerated trailers preferred but not required
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
Class C driver license
Class A driver license preferred but not required
Forklift certification
Ability to carry/lift 50 lbs
Must be able to work different shifts
Ability to calculate basic math
Work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work in different areas in the department as necessary
Must have/show strong communication skills
