Our Marina location is currently seeking a Front Desk Administrator with 2+ years previous experience in a customer service environment and office reception or administrative role. This position requires a detail oriented individual with the ability to handle several tasks concurrently.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to office staff. The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for data entry, entering and reviewing weekly payroll, processing high volume A/P entry including reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation and obtaining approval, coding and processing of invoices.
