We are seeking a talented graphic designer and digital marketer to design and implement Apria’s digital marketing strategy. This role requires both graphic design expertise as well as digital marketing experience. You will be responsible for designing digital marketing content and using excellent, best in class, graphic design skills to help successfully launch marketing projects through different communication channels; including but not limited to:  email, social media, web and print. This role is cross-functional and the first of its kind at Apria, so you will need to be very comfortable blazing a trail and working autonomously.


Work closely with the marketing team to plan, build, and grow Apria’s digital strategy towards patients, physicians, and related customers
Take a leadership role in developing digital marketing strategy for Apria patients and physicians
Develop engaging content across digital and print materials, including but not limited to: digital advertising, landing pages and websites, decks, collateral tri-folds, brochures, one-pagers, cards, email communications
Identify opportunities to analyze creative effectiveness though A/B testing for different audiences to learn what our patients and physicians want from Apria
Support marketing initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain deadlines and mitigate issues
Work closely with marketing, and the other teams at Apria to ensure clear and consistent visual messaging
Ensure all designs are true to our brand standards
Design and manage social media strategy (FB, LinkedIn, IG, Twitter)
Execute email strategy in Hubspot – one-time, nurturing and dynamic campaigns
Oversight of website including design and collaborating with teams to develop campaigns and content
Analytics: Pull weekly / monthly performance metrics for email, social, SMS, SEO/website, third party listings and assist in building reports as needed


Minimum Required Qualifications



Education and/or Experience

3+ years of agency, graphic design, social media management experience (must be experienced in BOTH graphic design AND digital marketing)
BA or BFA in design or related fields preferred, but not required
Analytics ability to pull data on campaigns and report out to teams across Apria
Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering a wide range of marketing designs across digital, social, and other media
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations


The ability to design robust marketing collateral and digital assets in accordance with our brand
The ability to identify and fix inconsistencies in design across Apria’s existing collateral.
Strong project management skills.
A positive and proactive attitude.
Excellent typography and drawing skills
A strong eye for visual composition and layout
Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms
Great communication skills
Takes criticism very, very well
Ability to receive direction, comprehend feedback, and learn from teammates but also take initiative and meet various design challenges
Computer Skills

Adobe Creative Suite
Web Development skills a plus
Experience with Hubspot preferred
MS Office skills- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Analytics Tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Language Skills

English (reading, writing, verbal)
Mathematical Skills

College level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.  It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder. This position also may require the occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs.
