We are looking for a social media and community relations specialist who is not just a strong social media user, but who knows how to adjust content to increase traffic on social platforms.
Position: Social Media Specialist- Part Time (30 Hrs) M-F
Location: Remote (occasionally Salinas, Ca office)
Responsibilities:
· The Social Media Specialist will protect and improve our online presence through social media platforms
· Manage social media accounts & generate posts/ stories while also proving social channel customer support
· Content creation and production to drive and increase customer interest
· Copywriting captions, product descriptions, and posts
· Photo editing and sourcing
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED
· 1+ years of social media experience
· Fluency across Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkIn
· Energetic, positive, creative and teamwork personality
· Be able to work independently and ask questions if needed
· Strong communicator, copywriter, and with a passion for engaging with customers to provide the best experience possible
