Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Bilingual Production Scheduler at a local manufacturing company. This position performs scheduling activities to support the daily processing and production of our customer orders and take stock of inventory levels and facilitate providing necessary materials and components.

-Work with Manager to plan and coordinate production schedules.
-Review production specifications and identify and report plant capacity constraints.
-Resolve manpower and material shortage problems in a timely manner.
-Develop weekly production status reports for Manager.
-Monitor workflow and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
-Ensure that materials and equipment are prearranged for production.
-Coordinate with Manager to develop and execute production plan.

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Productions Schedulers must have a strong understanding of the production process and be able to generate and maintain effective daily and weekly schedules. They post schedules, solve production problems, seek to improve processes, and help fulfill company expectations

No Degree Required

1-4 years

-Bilingual (English and Spanish)
-Associates degree or higher preferred but not required
-Ability to work under pressure, e.g. multi-task and meet deadlines
-Ability to work with diverse individuals
-Effective communications skills both written and oral
-Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
