Commercial Tile/Marble Estimator
Founded and based in Monterey County in 1973, award winning Rinaldi Tile & Marble with over 40 years of experience maintains an operation focused on custom fabrication and installation of residential and commercial stone products for the Western United States and Hawaii. Completed commercial projects include Santa Clara Oracle, San Francisco’s Rincon Center, The Saint Francis and Mark Hopkins hotels.
We are currently looking for a Tile/Marble/Stone Estimator with relevant experience. We would prefer to see the following qualifications but are willing to train the right candidate:
• Ability to deal with deadlines and be able to multitask.
• Engage in value engineering/cost management
• Read and understand blue prints, sketches and construction schedules
• Create take-offs from architectural drawings
• Applicable Experience in Construction Estimating
• Estimate projects with accuracy, speed and efficiency via our company’s estimating system
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other computer related material.
• Fast learner, team player and customer service oriented.
