We are currently accepting applications for FULL-TIME FRONT DESK AGENTS
Full Time: Front Desk Agent- $14.00hr
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Check guests in and out of the hotel in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
- Process payments/charges.
- Provide extraordinary customer relations.
- Answer phone. Create guests reservations accurately.
- Experience on ChoiceAdvantage front desk system preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and cashiering.
- Hotel front desk agent experience preferred but not required.
- Computer literate, copying and faxing.
- Perform basic Mathematics.
- Possess analytical skills.
- Ability to multi task, work independently, able to make sound decisions during busy days.
- Energetic, lots of self-confidence and outgoing personality.
- Highly dependable with excellent work ethic.
- Ability to follow very simple instructions.
- Follow through and perform daily shift checklist accurately.
- Must be fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Professional and clean appearance a must; excellent communication and written skills are a must.
High School diploma preferred but equivalent (GED) will be acceptable.
Must be flexible with schedule; weekends and holidays are REQUIRED.
VALID DRIVER LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
MUST BE AVAILABLE AM AND PM SHIFTS.
AM SHIFT 7AM-3PM &
PM SHIFT 3PM-11PM;
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR TRAINING IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON.
