Location: Carmel
Quail Lodge & Golf Club is seeking an Experienced Director of Rooms.
In this role you will:
Work for a highly prestigious hotel located in sunny Carmel Valley, California
Oversee the Rooms Division
Be provided exceptional medical benefits and employee discounts on lodge, golf, and dining services.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide leadership to the Rooms Division Operations Managers including Front Office, Guest Relations, and Housekeeping
Develop and implement trainings and processes to; improve and grow the Rooms Division/Front Office
Provide strategic input on future developments to ensure the property achieves all return-on-investment targets
Develop a management process that balances the highest service standards with efficiency and cost-consciousness
Create budgets and cost control practices
Manage all aspects of the Rooms department
General Requirements:
5 years of hospitality experience required
3 years or more managing supervisory level staff required
Must be knowledgeable with compliance in health and safety standards
Prior experience with POS and Resort management systems preferred
Hospitality management preferred
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000.00 per year + Bonus
