Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for detailing and servicing all group business turned over from the team and provide administrative support to the Sales & Catering team.
- Receive and filer all sales leads to the appropriate sales manager.
- Plan event details and act as property liaison for planning and execution of internal meetings/events, including outlining of details and Banquet Event Orders
- Manage the sale efforts between the sales department and catering to ensure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenue
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters relating to Quail Lodge & Golf Club
General Requirements:
- Prior experience in event planning or event sales required
- Bachler’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
- Exceptional customer service with excellent communication
