Working alongside the amazing team at Quail Lodge & Golf Club, we are seeking a Conference Service Coordinator to support our Sales Department.

Key Accountabilities
Responsible for detailing and servicing all group business turned over from the team and provide administrative support to the Sales & Catering team.
Receive and filter all sales leads to the appropriate sales manager.
Plan event details and act as property liaison for planning and execution of meetings/events, including outlining of details and Banquet Event Orders
Manage the sale efforts between the sales department and catering to ensure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenue
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters relating to Quail Lodge & Golf Club
General Requirements
Prior experience in event planning or event sales required
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
Exceptional customer service with excellent communication
Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
