Providing TBS to youth throughout Monterey County
Requirements for Preferred Candidates
- Must possess a Master’s degree
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the mental health field, preferably with youth.
- Will support a caseload of 15+ youth and the TBS Coaches
- Starting wage $65,000-$90,000 with generous benefits
- Candidates who are an LCSW or LMFT, or possess an ASW or AMFT and are licensed or waivered with the BBS will be considered for the Supervisor position
