Full description
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support the Accounting Department with invoicing procedures, payroll, reports, phone calls, and customer service.
• Research customer billing inquiries. • Filing and scanning customer records.
• Learn our software, office procedures, and follow company policies.
• Maintain office supplies, ordering banking and printed supplies as needed.
• Perform other job duties as required by General Manager and Owner.
Qualified Candidates for this position possess the following skills, abilities, and experience:
• Minimum one-year accounting/bookkeeping experience required.
• Minimum one-year office experience required.
• Minimum one-year QuickBooks or related software experience.
• Bilingual, very fluent in Spanish required.
• Professional, friendly manner, excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in basic math skills and computer applications including Excel, Word, and QuickBooks.
• Set work schedule Monday through Friday, occasional half day on Saturday.
• Valid California driver’s license, ability to pass a background check.
