Delivery Headquarters: 807 N McCarthy Blvd, Milpitas, CA 95035
Typical Delivery Work Day:
Estimated Shifts: 10:10 AM – 7:50 PM (actual shift may vary slightly)
Deliveries for 8 hours + Two 15 Minute breaks and a 30-minute Lunch
Return: Fuel Up, Return Van, Sign Out, and GO!
Shift Expectations: 8hrs to 10hrs of work each day. Expected to complete a full shift where you deliver all your packages and possibly help other drivers finish their deliveries.
Package Load: 150-300 packages each day
Pay Rate: Sprinter Van starting pay at $22.00/hr and Overtime will be paid at 1.5X plus PTO.
Step Van starting pay at $23.50/hr and Overtime will be paid at 1.5X plus PTO.
Breaks: 30min for lunch (unpaid) and two 15min breaks (PAID)
Healthcare, Cal Savers 401K, Overtime, and Bonuses: Medical, Dental, Vision, Cal Savers 401K eligible after 30 days. Bonuses based on overall performance and volume. Over Time can be expected based on delivery load.
Schedule: We operate 7 days a week. You must have the full day available to work. No half days or partial shifts. You want to go 5 days? We can do it! Expect to work one weekend day weekly.
Uniform and Vans: Amazon branded clothing and Vans will be provided.
Requirements:
MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD
Criminal Background Check
Motor Vehicle Records Check
Drug Test (Opioids, Phencyclidine (PCP), Cocaine, & Amphetamines)
Onboarding, training videos, and employee setup
There will be onboarding requirements and online/in person Driver Training.
