If this is you, we are looking for you to join our fast-paced, diverse and dynamic environment. Schedule M-F, starting at $20/hr with plenty of room to grow. Tasks include: customer service, online orders, procurement, inventory management, and diverse communication.

– IT literacy using PC, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks
– Serving a wide range of customers, focusing on exceptional customer service
– Fielding inquiries and identifying customer needs
– Offering advice and recommending books where appropriate
– An interest in bookselling, keeping current with new book titles
– Online search for book titles and orders
– Processing customer orders in person, telephone, email and web-based requests
– Handling payments by cash, credit and gift cards
– Processing book deliveries and shipping
– Restock product and maintain merchandise displays
