Parker-Lusseau Pastries seeks a full time baker. Hours: 4am-noon.

Job Description:

Minimum 2 years experience working in a professional kitchen.
Duties include daily baking of croissants, challah, ciabatta, cookies, tarts & quiches shells. As well as preparation of above doughs. You will be working under our head baker.
This is a great opportunity to acquire invaluable baking skills.

Benefits:

50% of all baked goods, 1 week paid vacation after 1 year. 2 week paid vacation after 2 years/ 401 k option/ matching

Pay:

$15-17/hr, dependent upon experience – potential raise after 90 probationary period
