Part-time or Full-time: As a MYO team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and ensuring that customers have a positive experience throughout our store.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service while demonstrating a passion for our food
Providing customers samples of our selection with a view to creating sales opportunities
Cleaning and maintaining frozen yogurt equipment, the general store facility, restrooms and kitchen areas
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
1 year of customer-facing experience; looking for maturity in serving customers
Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of MYO’s products and procedures
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holiday
