Job Description

  • During your shifts you will check in and/ or check out guest from our system
  • Answer phone calls and take reservations
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality that can relate to guests and associates
  • Interact with all guests who come into the hotel
  • Morning shift will have to stock and take down breakfast
  • Should have computer skills, we will train so you do not have to have any background in hotels
  • We are open from 7am-11pm 7 days a week and 365 days in the year.
  • You need to be able to work any days and any shifts
