Job Title: Growing Administrative Clerk

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing clerical duties in the Growing Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Data entry and report generation in JDE, AS 400, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, other software.
Support Growing management with general forms and other issues.
Create Growing work schedules
Tracks usage of L600 and L700 Raw materials then reports them to Purchase, assist in ordering as needed
Complete weekly manpower report, daily line efficiency & daily equipment efficiency
Maintain Equipment files for an employee incentive program.
Verify daily Production Forecast and update 13-week Forecast.
Completes monthly Staffing Report for Growing.
Maintain the Storeroom for GMP materials and supplies for Growing.
Responsible for reporting to the Controller the number of materials issued out every two weeks from the storeroom.
Complete and submit the Growing Report to the Accounting Manager.
Report the weekly Damage Trays inventory to the Growing
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain copies of forms.
Pick up and handout pay checks.
Maintain attendance records for the Growing department.
Various Weekly Reports, Lost trays, Tray inventory, Line Operations, Payroll reporting

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Bilingual and bi-literate in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of computer software with some experience and ability to learn and become proficient with other programs.
Knowledge about Packing Reports
Understanding Labels and Inventory processes
Courteous and respectful, yet assertive when appropriate.
Very good attendance and timeliness, and adherence to break policies
Strong communicator
Strong math skills.

Education and Work Experience:

High School Diploma
Must be able to work successfully as a team.
1 year of clerical experience
Prior experience in Administrative Role


The role generally works in an office environment, however, when visiting the farm/packing facilities this role will be required to use appropriate food safety and workers safety equipment such as hearing protection, hairnet, helmet, smock, etc., as required by the location.

VISION: Abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
HEARING –Abilities required perceiving sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction.

Work Environment:

Works at the office within a packing facility. The environment can be cool and a little damp.
