Mission Ranch in Carmel, CA is seeking a Utility Person

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Each individual should be ready to assist others in the kitchen as needed.

Clean entire restaurant including floors, (waxing once per week), and walls.
Empty all individual trash containers into dumpsters.
Dust piano daily.
Clean and empty grease trap 3 times weekly into dumpster.
Clean bar floor daily—sweep and mop.
Sweep patio daily, washing down three times weekly.
Sweep and wash down daily all exterior paved areas, especially areas near dumpsters.
Sweep and mop basement area and keep organized
Clean Restaurant office and bathroom weekly, vacuum office once per week.
Clean the two public restrooms daily
Check and refill all toiletries and refill dispensers – in kitchen and bathrooms
Check and fill propane tanks
Compact cardboard and discard properly- daily
Empty all recycling into the proper bin -daily
Pull food waste bins out on scheduled pick up days
Disconnect and reconnect the trash compactor on scheduled pick up days
