The line cook is responsible for the preparation and cooking and plating of all foods for presentation to the guest. The line cook must be clean, organized and able to work effectively under extreme pressure. The line cook should be able to prepare all steaks, fish, pasta, and poultry to exact cooking specifications within the expected time frame and in accordance with food safety standards.
The line cook may assist in the preparation of specials and have other duties as assigned by the Chef.

This is not an entry level position. Experience cooking on the line in a similar environment is required. California Food Handler card will be required.
