Primary Responsibilities
Under the direction of MTI’s Program Managers, you will work on multiple projects including, but not limited to, those mentioned above. Primary responsibilities include:
· Organizing, transcribing, and verifying data from a variety of sources and formats
· Interpreting data to assess program performance and extracting key insights
· Conducting and summarizing research on sustainability topics
· Developing resources, including reports and presentations, to aid clients in planning, goal setting, and program implementation
· Supporting staff in managing outreach and logistics for events
· Supporting staff in drafting and editing proposals to expand MTI’s client base
Qualifications
· Strong quantitative and data analysis skills required, including the ability to collect, sort, and identify trends in large data sets
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment
· Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and site visits (fields, processing facilities)
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
· Valid driver’s license
· Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
