Large property management company looking for a full-time bilingual Junior Property Manager. Job duties will include doing interior inspections, helping with unit renovations, performing site visits to determine maintenance needed, and helping with tenant relations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and has some experience with supervising maintenance. This is a long-term, full-time position.
Work hours are 9am-5pm, Monday- Friday. Person must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision while staying motivated.
Junior Property Manager will have the ability to learn and become a senior property manager.
Requirements
– Bilingual in English and Spanish
– Must have reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

– Inspect property interiors and exteriors and identify maintenance needs
– Knowledge of construction and building maintenance
– Coordinate and supervise maintenance
– Need to be a people person and professional
– Needs some computer skills for writing letters, sending emails, and updating forms
– Knowledge of Monterey and Salinas areas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
