The Server Assistant/Busser is responsible primarily for assisting the Server in serving the guest while maintaining a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.
The server assistant is responsible for pre-bussing, clearing, and resetting tables throughout the shift.
The server assistant will assist the server with all food and beverage requests including running food orders from the kitchen.
Ensures station, glassware, and table set-ups are complete, replenished, and ready for service at the start of the shift and performs side duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage leadership team.
Maintains proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language (English) used in the workplace.
Ability to work weekends, holidays and a flex schedule
Must have CA Food Handler’s Card
Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight.
