EXCEPTIONAL BUILDING IN EXCEPTIONAL SETTINGS

SAFETY MANAGER

We are looking to hire for a part-time to full-time HR and Safety Manager. The perfect candidate for us is bilingual (English and Spanish), has plenty of HR/labor and safety experience, and an excellent communicator.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Overseeing and managing the human resource department with the support of a 3rd party HR and Payroll consultant/Attorney
  • Providing presentations at staff meetings every two weeks (6:30AM on Wednesdays)
  • Developing and administrating company policies
  • Overseeing and managing the safety program with the support of a 3rd party safety consultant
  • Hiring and recruiting initiatives, onboarding, implementing trainings
  • Maintaining accurate records and company filing system

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Broad generalist background including, coaching and counseling, performance management, team building, hiring and recruiting, and compensation and benefits
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel, outlook, word & project, G suite (sheets, docs etc), Dropbox (for file sharing)
  • Comfortable presenting in English and Spanish
