As a Elevo Talent Sourcer you’ll be a crucial member of Elevo’s Talent Team and an integral part of the success of our staff recruitment process.  Reporting to our Director of University Partnerships, the Talent Sourcer will provide a continual pipeline of strong leads to be pre-screened by our Talent Coordinators.  With some previous experience in sales or recruitment, you will build relationships on college campuses, be active in the local community and attend hiring events.  Other duties include but are not limited to the following:

Create and maintain sound partnerships with colleges and universities who support us in placing college students in jobs or internships
Identify and network with potential job candidates using various sourcing techniques and in-person recruitment activities
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Be our boots on the ground, spending approximately 75% of the time in colleges, at events and fairs and networking in person
Use guerilla marketing to responsibly champion Elevo’s coaching position.
Coordinate with the Director of University Partnerships and cross departmental managers to determine position requirements and program needs
Champion the referral program for current coaches and external networks
Maintain candidate databases through the CRM (HubSpot)

3+ years of sales or recruitment experience is required
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Hunter mentality with persistence and persuasion skills
Strong Business Acumen
