The Site Success Manager will work alongside our Field Operations team to ensure a successful launch and implementation of the Elevo Learning programs and curriculum, acting as a liaison between Field Operations and local Schools.  They are key contributors to the growth and success of the company.  This role will report directly to the local Operations Manager and will assist with formal meetings and problem solving to ensure the program is a success.  Typical duties include but are not limited to.

Be the Main point of contact for principals in managing customer experience journey from post implementation meeting to renewal
Formulate improvement plans with Operations Manager
Drive Program expansion and renewals
Build and maintain sound relationships with local K-8 school Principals, Afterschool Facilitators and staff
Work in tandem with the Field Operations team to efficiently schedule on site and online school drop ins or appointments to address the needs and manage expectations of individual school sites
Deliver presentations to large groups of children and school faculty
Accurately apply and address customer feedback in a timely manner


Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in face to face customer service and or sales
Reliable transportation for traveling from site to site
Experience of developing external partnerships and relationships

Must possess strong communication skills
Have a strong presence (likable) and ability to cross collaborate among different teams
Ability to prioritize and know when things need to be moved up or down
Experience in relationship building: Demonstrate excellence in managing and building positive results-driven relationships
Visionary Leadership: Displays passion and optimism; inspires respect and trust
Results Oriented and Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions; able to take decisive action to reach a viable solution and goal
