Full Job Description:
Del Monte Aviation is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to work at our private aviation Fixed Base Operation (FBO). This is a great opportunity for anyone with hospitality background and/or customer service experience.

Job duties include answering the phone and interacting with pilots and passengers at our front desk, managing reservations for aircraft arrivals, processing transactions, and providing concierge type services. Must have great communication skills, professionalism, good computer ability, organization, and flexibility in scheduling.

Must be able to work evening shifts and weekends. This is a full-time schedule with benefits including 100% paid healthcare package, vacation/holiday pay, and a team-oriented work culture.

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
