Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this position will support the parts department and directly assist the Parts Manager by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

  • Verify pricing on purchase orders
  • Add necessary freight and OPC discounts to tags
  • GL and process invoices for payment
  • Scan packing slips
  • Place hot flag orders
  • File vendor and freight claims
  • Cycle count
  • Pull and ship monthly returns
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High School Education or equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organizations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
