Clinical Supervisors have their BCBA certification and are responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. This includes the assessment and analysis of the patient’s skills and behaviors, development of treatment plans, overseeing the implementation of treatment, collaboration with and training of their patients’ caregivers, as well as ongoing direction and training of behavior technicians. Treatment may occur in a variety of settings including the CARD center, patient’s home, school, community, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager. The Clinical Supervisor oversees a treatment team of technicians in the process of initiating and maintaining individualized ABA programs to ensure that CARD provides top-quality treatment, services, and supports.
