Veterinary Hospital in Carmel Valley is expanding and currently canvassing for a full-time Client Services Specialist to join the team. This position will work hand-in-hand with our clients, and oversee daily administrative operations, as well as monitoring business practices with forward thinking. This leader will take an active role in all areas of hospital administration and must be able to work effectively in an environment which embraces customer service. Additionally, this individual should show a passion for excellence, leading by example, and will at all times exhibit the highest level of professionalism when collaborating with customers, and the hospital team.

Requirements:

  •  Previous administrative experience
  • Proficiency with appointment scheduling and confirmation of appointments
  •  Excellent organizational skills
  •  Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite)
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Veterinary experience a plus
