Cal Coast Machinery, Inc., is a locally owned company that sells and services agricultural, lawn, garden, and homeowner equipment, as well as carries a complete supply of parts for these types of equipment and more.

Purpose:

Supervise field technicians and schedule field repairs on customer and company owned equipment. Communicate with customers during the field repair process.

Responsibilities:

o Supervise up to six field technicians
o Answers customer and internal phone calls
o Schedules and assigns jobs to field technicians according to their skill level and knowledge
o Continually updates customers on repair status, parts availability and estimated downtime
o Completes performance reviews for assigned technicians
o Monitors work orders to insure timely closing
o Develops and maintains customer relationships

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o General understanding of mechanical/technical terms
o Basic knowledge of accounting practices
o Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions

o High School Diploma or equivalent experience
