Requirements:
- Strong self-starter and team leader, specifically in partnership contexts where the team is not comprised of direct reports
- Adept at working with all levels of organizations to secure ongoing participation and utilization of the appropriate tools and resources
- Compelling written/oral communication skills as it relates to driving initiatives within organizations
- Effectively handle multiple competing priorities in an ever changing environment
- Public speaking experience varying from small to medium size groups
- Ability to build positive working relationships with key partners
- Demonstrated awareness of equity, inclusion and diversity issues and best practices as related to organizational engagement
- Ability to represent Sharecare and Blue Zones Project with partners, the public, and media
- Strong project management skills to ensure initiative strategies stay on track and within budget
- Knowledgeable and connected in the local business community
- Inspiring, influencing, collaborative, and responsible
