Responsible for handling various clerical and administrative tasks in and around the office, including answering phone calls, managing files, updating paperwork and documents, drafting messages, and other general office clerk duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Handles incoming calls and communications, routes inquiries appropriately.
Updates paperwork, maintains documents, and word processing.
Aids in the organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of common office areas.
Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicle, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews.
Provides assistance to clients; schedules meetings, makes phone calls, etc.
Maintains databases by creating, entering, and updating information.
Performs personal assistant duties for the VP of Operations.
Point Person for the office staff

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.50 – $19.00 per hour
