Position: Bilingual Office Assistant
Location: Salinas, CA

The associate will assist program manager with daily tasks including:
• Duties will include designing and implementing file systems, preparing reports, organizing
information, responding to client requests via telephone and email, coordinating routing of
documents for signatures, and creating requisitions for missing information
• The OA will also proofread documents, review forms for accuracy and completeness, and assist
with other Public Health Administrative support functions such as travel claims and purchases.
• Perform data entry on client information
• Filing, creating files and scanning files into system
• Must be able to work on Excel, will create spreadsheets, export reports
• Answer phones
• Provide customer service
• Responsible for handling highly confidential information
• Will be covering the front desk when needed
• Will be assigned clerical functions as required
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm


Must be a fast learner and follow directions. Must be detail-oriented individuals with accurate counting
skills and computer data entry.
• Database – Data entry
• Microsoft office skill level – intermediate
• Able to take instruction and constructive criticism
• Work with confidential information
• Must be able to retain information and apply to various situations
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize on own
• Flexible work hours and overtime at a moment’s notice including weekends
• Communicate effectively, professionally, and persuasively in English over the phone, in person, and
via email with a broad and diverse customer base
• High attention to detail
• Self-starter and team player
• Able to meet competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are not required but highly desirable
