Bankers Casino is looking for an experienced cook who will be responsible in the following:
* prepping, measuring and assembling ingredients
* maintaining accurate food orders
*properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures
*restock kitchen essentials for subsequent shifts
*ensure all prep areas and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of shifts
*run dishwasher
*Spanish speaker a plus
*6 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Must be 21 and older to apply.
