We are looking for an admin office assistant.
Duties Include:
Processing daily information
Data entry
Maintain office supplies
Scan, save, organize electronic documents
Answering phones, emails, fax
Filing & Organizing
Quick Books, Excel, Microsoft, Outlook
Having a basic understanding of construction terminology is a plus, Must have construction office experience, be reliable, have great communication skills, ability to do multi-task, be organized and be flexible.
Pay Start: $15/hr
Hours: 15-40 week
